About JJ Consulting Group
We have over 25 years of sales coaching experience with a focus on meeting the employee where they are and moving forward based on their individual strengths while coaching through areas of improvement. We believe in implementing revenue-growth strategies which best align people, technology, and data as well as ensuring to incorporate the unique culture of each company.
Meet Our Founder
Ann Jacoby is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with pure sales DNA. She has a demonstrated history of leading by connecting team members with a vision and common goal. With a culture first mindset, she understands and encourages meaningful connections within the organization to drive impact, transparency, and the willingness to learn through both successes and failures. She has tenured experience from startups to scale-ups to Fortune 500 companies in both leadership, sales training, mentoring and development, and employee coaching. She takes this experience and mindset and begins each client relationship at JJ Consulting with exactly where they are. There is no 'one size fits all' with value creation and revenue scale up-each journey is unique. Ann's CEPA designation (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) helps her to dig in and become a valued partner to the firm from day one.

Ann has a BA in Business/Marketing from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco.
